One of the Second Phase National Vaccination Programs is for public service officers. The Bung Karno Sports Complex Management Center (PPKGBK) as one of the public service agencies under the Ministry of State Secretariat from March 1, 2021 to March 12, 2021 carried out a Vaccination Program for its employees. Implementation of the first dose of COVID-19 Vaccination is carried out simultaneously in the work environment of the Ministry of State Secretariat. Several places within the Ministry of the State Secretariat that are used to carry out vaccinations include the Kridabakti Building, the Multipurpose Room of the Ministry of State Secretariat Building III, the Presidential Secretariat, the Secretariat of the Vice President, PPKGBK and PPKK. For employees in the PPKGBK environment, COVID-19 vaccination is carried out at the GBK Arena. For PPKGBK, as many as 739 first-dose vaccines were prepared by the Ministry of State Secretariat in collaboration with the Ministry of Health.

Throughout the activity, it was carried out in an orderly manner and all employees enthusiastically followed the process from registration to post-vaccination observation. This is part of a series of successes in the national vaccination program launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.

The Secretary of the Ministry of State Secretariat accompanied by the Deputy for Palace Administration and Management as Chair of the Task Force for Handling COVID-19 in the Ministry of State Secretariat, Head of General Bureau of the Ministry of State Secretariat, President Director of PPKGBK and General Director of PPKGBK directly observed the COVID-19 vaccination activities at the GBK Arena. The group visited from the registration desk, screening table, vaccination table, to the observation area. In addition, at the GBK Arena, a photo booth is also provided where employees who have been vaccinated can take selfies. Employees who have carried out vaccinations are also expected to continue to adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain health protocols wherever they are.

It is hoped that the implementation of the vaccination program within the Ministry of State Secretariat can be one of the Government's efforts to end the COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully the successful implementation of this program will also be accompanied by awareness from other communities to continue implementing a healthy lifestyle and implementing the applicable health protocols.
