Health is one of the factors that affect employee productivity. This has become one of the GBK Management's considerations to carry out health checks for all GBK employees. Health checks or Medical Check Up (MCU) for all GBK employees are carried out for 3 days, starting on 19, 21 and 22 October 2021 at the GBK Polyclinic.
The implementation of the MCU in 2021 is the second year in which the activities are carried out during the COVID-19 pandemic. The MCU process begins with registering and filling out a health form and then proceeding with various stages of examination. Each GBK employee will be examined, including physical examination by a doctor, measurement of body temperature, weight and height, blood pressure, color blindness test, eye vision examination, complete hematology (blood) examination, complete urine examination, Anti Sars-Cov SRBD ( quantitative)/antibody titer, examination of blood vitamin D levels, liver function (SGOT and SGPT), kidney function (creatinine profile, urea, uric acid), sugar metabolism (fasting blood sugar and Hba1c), fat metabolism (triglycerides, total cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol), Immunology (HBsAg and Anti HBS), Thorax X-ray, Prostate Ultrasound (Male), Mammary Ultrasound (Female), and ECG examination.
With the MCU, GBK Management can find out the health condition of each employee as well as detect potential or health problems so that they can immediately follow up on the health of their employees. Meanwhile, each employee can know the condition of his body, and if he is exposed to a disease, it can be treated early.
