The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Press Council held a Second Dose of the COVID-19 Vaccination Program for Media Crew on March 16-17, 2021 at the GBK Basketball Hall. A total of 5.512 vaccines have been prepared for media crews in the Jabodetabek area. The media crew who received this second dose of vaccination were those who had received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine which was held on February 25-27, 2021 at the GBK Basketball Hall. When participating in this activity, media crews are required to carry KTP and Vaccine Card and continue to implement health protocols. Daily injection of the second dose of COVID-19 vaccination is divided into 3 sessions, namely 08.00-10.00 WIB, 10.00-13.00 WIB, and 13.00-16.00 WIB.

In a press statement on March 15, 2021, Spokesperson for the Covid-19 Vaccine of the Ministry of Health, Siti Nadia Tarmizi, said that the vaccine provided at this activity was Sinovac produced by PT. Bio Farma. "Our hope is that this event will run smoothly and friends who will be vaccinated will get enough rest, have breakfast and continue to implement health protocols," concluded Nadia.

To ensure the smooth running of this vaccination program, at around 10.00 WIB the Minister of Communication and Information, Johnny G Plate directly observed the vaccination activities that took place at the GBK Basketball Hall (16/3/2021). "The vaccination process runs smoothly and orderly. It is hoped that media colleagues will now carry out the second vaccination, after which it can produce stronger immunity so that it can work at the forefront more effectively. Furthermore, vaccination for media partners in the second, third stages and in the regions can be carried out faster and smoother, "explained Johnny.
